For more than a decade, RAYSOV has been deeply engaged in the industrial X-ray sector, firmly grounding its work in component-level fundamental research. It is one of the very few domestic companies that master the core technologies across the entire industry chain, including high-frequency high-voltage generators, X-ray tubes, cyclotron accelerator tubes, linear electron accelerators, and industrial CT systems.   • Material Crystal Analysis:

RAYSOV has independently developed diffraction X-ray tubes, X-ray diffractometers, and X-ray orientographs, enabling precise determination of the crystal structure, lattice parameters, phase composition, and crystallographic orientation of both single‑crystal and polycrystalline materials. These instruments are widely employed in the R&D and quality control of high‑end materials such as semiconductor substrate wafers, optical crystals, metallic functional materials, and scintillation crystals, providing essential analytical tools for materials science.

  • High-end equipment manufacturing (defense-related support and specialized industries):

Focus on quality control of critical components under high‑overload and high‑impact operating conditions. For large rotating structural parts, provide wall‑thickness uniformity measurements and screening for internal metallurgical defects (cracks, shrinkage cavities, inclusions); assess the internal bonding quality and interlayer compactness of multilayer composite structures made of metal/ceramic composites; and employ high‑resolution CT systems to detect internal assembly clearances and minute structural defects in precision components, thereby ensuring reliability under extreme service conditions.

  • Public Safety and Specialized Testing:

We provide high-penetration X-ray sources and high-voltage power supplies tailored for large-scale container and vehicle inspection systems, postal and logistics security screening, and security at major events. The PFS series of high-frequency X-ray machines feature a compact footprint that facilitates seamless integration and is capable of continuous operation over extended periods.

  • Cultural Relics and Archaeology, and Cultural Relic Preservation:

Analysis of casting defects and corrosion conditions in metal artifacts such as bronzes and ironware; assessment of the homogeneity of ancient ceramic bodies and the thickness of glaze layers; evaluation of the conservation status of organic artifacts including wooden lacquerware and textiles—providing a scientific basis for cultural heritage preservation, restoration, and technological research.

  • Research Institutes and Higher Education Institutions:

With more than a decade of deep expertise in the research market, we provide high‑precision CT imaging systems, diffraction instruments, and customized R&D services for materials science, advanced manufacturing process development, and nondestructive testing education. We maintain ongoing industry–university–research collaborations with leading institutions such as Tianjin University and North China University of Technology.
