The AX6000 X-ray Digital Radiography (DR) inspection system is designed for a wide range of small and micro‑scale products, including metal castings, hardware components, plastic parts, refractory materials, resin‑based materials, ceramic bodies, and welded joints. It supports maximum inspection dimensions of 400 × 400 × 500 mm and delivers penetration capabilities of up to 80 mm in aluminum or 18 mm in steel. The system integrates a 160 kV all‑in‑one X-ray source with a large‑field‑of‑view amorphous silicon detector measuring 427 mm; after image enhancement via X‑VISION V2.0, it achieves a resolution of 3.6 line pairs per millimeter and a sensitivity better than 0.8%–1.5%. It supports three‑axis mechanical motion and one‑click CNC‑controlled automated inspections, while its lead shielding limits leakage radiation to less than 1 μSv/h, ensuring compliance with international safety standards. This enables high‑precision, high‑efficiency, low‑cost digital nondestructive testing.
