Core Features and Advantages of the Product

Straight conveyor line with variable-speed chain drive

Features: The system employs a combined configuration of an in‑enclosure high‑speed chain drive and an out‑of‑enclosure steel roller conveyor, enabling automatic transfer of workpieces both inside and outside the protective enclosure. The conveyor speed is ≥300 mm/s, with clamping. The rotary mechanism is driven by a pneumatic cylinder clamp and a motor‑driven friction wheel.

Advantages: Workpieces are automatically loaded into and unloaded from the lead shielding chamber without any manual intervention; the high-speed chain conveyor ensures smoother conveyance and faster start‑stop performance, seamlessly integrating with the loading and unloading stations.

    9-axis motion control system

Features: The flat-panel detector mechanism provides five degrees of freedom (three‑axis translation along X, Y, and Z, plus rotation about the X and Y axes), while the X-ray source mechanism offers four degrees of freedom (translation along the X and Y axes, plus rotation about the X and Y axes). Rotation), for a total of 9 coordinated axes.

Advantages: It can perform multi‑view, multi‑angle inspections on workpieces up to 1570 mm × 970 mm × 480 mm, delivering precise imaging of any location. The X‑ray tube and detector operate independently yet in coordinated synergy. The technology eliminates detection blind spots entirely, making it particularly well-suited for complex structural components and irregularly shaped workpieces.

CNC one-click automatic inspection, efficient re-inspection of batch workpieces.

Features: The system supports three operating modes: teach-in mode, manual mode, and automatic mode. In automatic mode, CNC inspection programs can be pre‑stored, and a single button press initiates the automated execution of all required inspection poses.

Advantages: For large batches of products of the same model, only a single teach‑in programming session is required; subsequent runs execute automatically, eliminating the need for operators to reconfigure parameters. This significantly reduces manual intervention and enhances inspection consistency. and reproducibility, effectively lowering the operational threshold.

Raylion image enhancement filtering, making complex defects clearly discernible.

Features: Raylion’s image‑filtering feature, which integrates RAYSOV’s patented technology, supports dual‑scene image enhancement for both dynamic and static conditions.

Advantages: Intelligently enhances defect features in complex-shaped areas such as welded pipes and castings, effectively suppressing noise while emphasizing edge details. Operators can more clearly identify porosity, slag inclusions, Microscopic defects such as cracks reduce the rates of false positives and missed detections.
