The ZXF W‑I X‑ray Digital Radiography (DR) inspection system is a highly efficient, intelligent solution designed for online nondestructive testing of aluminum alloy wheel hubs, covering the full size range from 13 to 24 inches. Featuring an inline five‑axis configuration, the system integrates an infeed roller conveyor, a C‑arm mechanism, an L‑shaped chain‑driven inspection unit, an outfeed roller conveyor, and a reject‑sorting roller conveyor, enabling fully automated processes for wheel hub loading/unloading, automatic positioning, inspection, and sorting. In terms of imaging, it is equipped with a high‑resolution amorphous silicon digital detector and the patented Raylion image‑enhancement filtering technology. An optional deep‑learning‑based ADR defect‑identification module further supports unmanned, high‑volume inspection.
