The ZXF Type B X-ray Digital Radiography (DR) inspection system is a high‑efficiency, intelligent inspection solution specially designed by RAYSOV X‑ray for the butt welds of small‑diameter welded pipes. It supports double‑wall, double‑image and vertical imaging modes, enabling precise detection of typical defects such as porosity, slag inclusions, cracks, lack of fusion, and incomplete penetration. The system integrates advanced high‑frequency, high‑voltage X‑ray technology, amorphous‑silicon flat‑panel digital imaging, computer image processing, and mechatronic control, achieving fully automated operation throughout the entire workflow: automatic tube feeding, automatic weld‑joint positioning, automatic pipe clamping and rotation, automatic placement of image quality indicators, automatic adjustment of exposure parameters, and multi‑angle automatic data acquisition.
