This system is specifically designed for X-ray digital imaging inspection of large and medium-sized irregular castings made from materials such as aluminum, steel, and resin. It integrates high-frequency, high-voltage X-ray technology, DR digital imaging technology, computer image processing, and electromechanical control, offering both real-time DR imaging and CT three-dimensional tomography capabilities. The system adopts a modular design, comprising seven major subsystems: the X-ray subsystem, the imaging subsystem, the image-processing subsystem, the mechanical-drive subsystem, the electrical-control subsystem, the on-site-monitoring subsystem, and the safety-protection subsystem. Featuring a self-developed high-frequency, constant‑voltage X-ray generator paired with a large‑area amorphous‑silicon flat‑panel detector, and equipped with the X‑VISION V2.0 image‑enhancement software—incorporating Raylion’s patented image‑filtering technology—the system can rapidly and accurately detect internal defects such as porosity, shrinkage cavities, looseness, and slag inclusions. It also includes a CNC‑enabled “one‑click” automated inspection function, enabling efficient, intelligent, and safe nondestructive testing. Application areas: X-ray‑based visual quality control in fields such as new‑energy vehicles (casting inspection), aerospace and defense, pressure vessels, high‑voltage electrical equipment, oil‑field steel pipes, refractory materials, boiler welded tubes and tube screens, additive manufacturing (3D printing), State Grid Corporation, the nuclear industry, and research institutes.
