The ZXF I‑Z model X‑ray digital radiography (DR) inspection system is specifically designed for online, in‑line production‑line inspection. In terms of imaging, it supports both dynamic high‑speed screening and static high‑resolution review, complemented by the patented Raylion image‑enhancement filtering technology, which delivers clear defect detection even at high speeds and on complex components. Its core technologies integrate a self‑developed high‑frequency, high‑voltage generator, X‑ray tube, and image‑enhancement system. Straight conveyor line with variable-speed chain drive
Features: The system employs a combined configuration of an in‑enclosure variable‑speed chain drive and an out‑of‑enclosure steel roller conveyor, enabling automatic transfer of workpieces both inside and outside the protective enclosure. The conveyor speed is ≥300 mm/s, with clamping. The rotary mechanism is driven by a pneumatic cylinder clamp and a motor‑driven friction wheel.
Advantages: Workpieces automatically enter and exit the lead shielding chamber without manual intervention; the high-speed chain conveyor ensures smoother conveyance and quicker start‑stop performance, seamlessly integrating with the loading and unloading stations.
C-arm multi-axis linkage combined with workpiece rotation enables full‑coverage inspection of complex components.
Features: The C‑arm mechanism supports Y‑axis translation (≥400 mm), focal length adjustment (≥450 mm), and rotation of the X‑ray source about the Y‑axis (±30°); the conveyor also features drive capability to elevate the workpiece along the Y‑axis. Capability for descent (≥400 mm) and RZ-axis rotation (≥30°/s).

Features: The conveyor line is equipped with large pallets, capable of handling workpieces up to Φ450 mm × 350 mm in size and supporting a maximum load of 50 kg.
Advantages: A single pallet can accommodate multiple small workpieces at once, and after the conveyor line delivers them to the lead enclosure, the system automatically performs sequential inspections. The tooling is compatible with a wide range of materials, including aluminum alloy, cast iron, cast steel, and non-metallic materials. Reduce the frequency of material handling, further minimize auxiliary time, and fully leverage the efficiency advantages of continuous line‑side inspection.

This significantly reduces downtime during model changes and enhances the line’s flexible manufacturing capabilities.

Features: Raylion’s image‑filtering feature, which integrates RAYSOV’s patented technology, supports dual‑scene image enhancement for both dynamic and static conditions.
Advantages: Intelligently enhances defect features in complex-shaped areas such as welded pipes and castings, effectively suppressing noise while emphasizing edge details.
