The ZXF I‑N/L‑type X‑ray digital radiography (DR) inspection system is a high‑end X‑ray digital imaging solution specifically designed for the refractory materials industry and for nondestructive testing of extra‑long workpieces. Featuring a chain‑conveyor design, the system can automatically load multiple workpieces at once and shuttle them in and out of the lead‑lined inspection chamber, enabling batch‑mode continuous inspection and significantly boosting production line efficiency. In terms of imaging, it is equipped with a high‑resolution digital detector and the patented Raylion image‑enhancement filtering technology, supporting both dynamic rapid screening and static detailed review modes. This dual‑mode capability delivers exceptional sensitivity to internal defects such as porosity, looseness, and slag inclusions in high‑density refractory materials.

Core Features and Advantages of the Product
Specifically designed for refractory material testing, it can load multiple specimens at once.
Features: The conveyor line employs a chain-driven mechanism and can simultaneously transport up to three workpieces with diameters of 200 mm or less into the lead‑lined inspection chamber. Workpieces with smaller diameters can be processed by further changing the tooling. Increase the number of tests conducted per batch.
Advantages: Workpieces are fed into and out of the lead chamber in batches, automatically and sequentially, significantly reducing loading and unloading wait times. When combined with an automated inspection mode, the number of parts inspected per hour is markedly increased, making it particularly well suited for refractory materials and the petroleum industry. Full inspection on a mass-production line for steel pipes and long-axis components.
2500 mm ultra-long detection range, covering mainstream refractory material specifications.
Features: The system’s maximum inspection dimensions reach Φ200 mm × 2500 mm, and the lead‑lined chamber measures 2.2 m × 1.9 m × 3.45 m in internal dimensions, enabling comprehensive inspection of extra‑long refractory components.
Advantages: In refractory materials, products such as long nozzles, monolithic stoppers, ceramic roller bars, and thermocouple protection tubes are long and have high aspect ratios, making them difficult to inspect with conventional equipment. The PFS 450 can complete the inspection in a single pass. Full-length coverage eliminates the need for segmented inspection and subsequent stitching, significantly enhancing both inspection efficiency and data integrity.
450 kV high-penetration, high-density refractory material with clear imaging
Features: A 450 kV high-frequency, high-voltage X-ray generator is employed, achieving a maximum penetration thickness of 60 mm (for Fe) and offering even greater equivalent penetration capability for high-density refractory materials.
Advantages: Defects such as internal porosity, looseness, slag inclusions, and hidden cracks in high-density refractory materials—including corundum bricks, magnesia-carbon bricks, zirconia bricks, and alumina-magnesia-carbon bricks—can be clearly visualized. This meets the refractory industry’s requirements for product quality. The stringent “zero-defect” quality standard effectively prevents defective parts from reaching downstream processes or the customer’s site.
Raylion image enhancement filtering, enabling clear visualization of complex defects.
Features: Raylion’s image‑filtering feature, which integrates RAYSOV’s patented technology, supports dual‑scene image enhancement for both dynamic and static conditions.
Advantages: Refractory materials have a complex internal structure, with diverse pore morphologies and subtle gray-level differences in porous regions, making them prone to false negatives in conventional imaging. Raylion’s intelligent enhancement technology can clearly highlight defect boundaries. Reduces false‑positive and false‑negative rates. The X‑VISION 2.0 image enhancement system boosts image sensitivity by an average of 0.6%–0.8%, helping quality‑inspection personnel to evaluate images quickly and accurately.
